   Glad to see pt2 of this episode; I’m in class now, but will peep and post opinions shortly.

   I’m sorry that I haven’t sent Tiya’s video yet but she’s mad excited about the prospect of being on DivaSpeakTV and wants it to be the best that she can do.

   Sister, would you be willing to write a joint blog post tomorrow regarding another genius raised by a Grenadan mother? I’m talking about Brother Malcolm, someone who I know you share my admiration for; his 43rd death anniversary is tomorrow. This year is especially relevant as, in Bams, we’ve got a shot at a president inspired by him.

   i really liked both parts of this episode. i love your mom, she is so sweet and intelligent, please bring her back for another ep! the worst part of nas’ “Nigger” speech/shirts is not his lack of eloquence but the fact that he has OTHER people PROUDLY wearing the word on their chests and backs as though we have forgotten about the many brothers and sisters lynched just because they were seen as niggers…maybe his music will redeem himself.
