building 7 experiences an absolute first in the history of buildings that people built that fell down. sure, why the fuck NOT?

ps:

2 were the haunted vessels that miraculously aimed/
3 were the holy carcasses that started up in flames/
1 and 2 had a patsy the was factually plane/
7 out of envy must have wanted just the same/
and in 6.5 seconds science floated out to space/
on the most virginal of physics drifted a truly wondrous day/
and if the party tells me 5 fingers then 5 is what i’ll say/
no matter that the 4 displayed are waving in my face/

I don’t understand why people in this country aren’t outraged. No one can truly believe a airliner hit the Pentagon, no one can truly believe those three buildings didn’t come down with detonation help (Building 7 wasn’t even hit with a plane). People should be outraged, but they aren’t.

Sometimes we hear the lies of being in the best country on the Planet so much we believe them. Then when something threatens that, even if it is our own country’s negligence, we look the other way and wave the Stars and Bars.

i had a great conversation with a friend of mine who started to break the whole thing down for me:
1st he said that he worked in graphics, and he pointed out all the flaws. two videos of the same plane that show it flying at completely different angles, blah blah blah.
2nd he explained to me that planes cannot fly at the necessary speed to impale buildings like that without shaking to pieces.
3rdly, when a NYFD Leuitenant (he showed us his id.) who overheard us got pissed and argued, he repeatedly called him a lair to his face and was able to make a believable counter to everything the dude said.
    crazy shit.

k.y.f., people (most / majority / general populous) of this country are not outraged because their brains are constantly lulled to sleep by their overall meaningless, repetitive daily grind and the guide of the glowing boxes previously mentioned in this blog. They will stay behind the “bars” and keep all eyes on our “stars” until their flame expires. Can’t blame them though, most have been fed “5 fingers” since day 1 and have no clue what else to eat…

    Thats very true.
Some of my peeps are aware of all the lies and misdirection but still dont give a shit.
I mean, I do understand where they’re coming from - we all are still gonna get up and go to work tomorrow, pay our bills, pay taxes, buy shit that we dont need, etc etc.
Im all for spreading the awareness to whoever has an open mind, but my question is - what can we do with this knowledge?
I mean, my everyday grind is most definitely influence by all this -
the decisions/choices I make, shit that i may purchase, places i go - all that is done with the awareness of what is really going.
Its a state of mind… like going green or whatever.
    But then what?
I mean we can never really change the “zeitgeist” unless every single person was down to do so.
Even then, that movement would be taken down just like the towers did.
They got this world, on lock!

Hey Destro610, you ask: “how can u say we will never know y that shit went down? the proof is all around us.”
I say it because people are complex. Everything we do and everything we say has ulterior motives apart from what we project. The fact is, some highly oppressed and impoverished people had absolutely no voice on this earth due to external and internal turmoil and dozens of other factors. 9/11 was their voice. Like the columbine kids. Like the elephant that turns on its trainer. You can only be ignored, bullied, have your face shoved in dirt for so long before something gives and unfortunately, something gave. This is the reason at face value. It’s not the full story. It doesn’t count for the people who were involved and never will, for they took their lives. “Why” is complex. I don’t know why I go to work at a shitty job every morning. I don’t know why my mom let her gambling problem evict us when I was 17. We can hardly figure out our own lives and yet we’re trying to figure out these other peoples lives who committed this terrorist attack. Whether you believe it was an inside job, which I am highly against but still entertain the possibility here, the reasons to “why” everywhere are only interpretations. Some more accurate than others but none completely accurate.
I agree that the proof is everywhere, but proof doesn’t point to “why”, it only points to “who”.
So why it happened? Who knows, religious martyrdom? War money? Oil? Oppression? Until the end of the century we will be debating the “why’s” but it’s not “why” it happened but THAT it happened and that is one thing that will never change.
I have to mention an aside and say that the future is laughing at us right now for entertaining these “loose changes” and “zeitgeist” productions. The truth is out in the world, not in some college drop outs basement video produced with shitty flash animation that he uploads onto the internet using narrative recorded with a plastic microphone and stock footage taken out of context.
So back to detonators? Building 7 was just another first on a day of hundreds of firsts. A lot of radical things happened that day some known, and some unknown, enough so to validate the vapid minds of conspiracy theorists for decades.
Some people can keep crying over spilled buildings, I’ll be over here with the poor people saying screw politics, I need to feed my damn family and make some change happen.
God bless the men and women who gave their lives on that day and may the innocent people rest in peace.
And may my lame internet typing nerd boy scooby ass get some sleep.

    Yo clever tricks -
I feel what you are saying right there and i agree with you on alot of points.
To be honest, I dont really care about politics at all. As I said before its all bullshit to me. My co-workers asked me if I watched the DNC. I laughed at them and said no. Dont get me wrong, if I was gonna vote i would mos def vote for Obama, but I choose not to fool myself into believing that I/we have a say in what happens in this country. We dont.
I agree that we will never fully and truly know the complete story of the wtc, but i do have a pretty good idea of how that story would go.
Also, I feel that the so-called terrorists/Islam/oppressed/improverished people made the perfect scapegoat to shoulder the blame, point the finger at, and launch the highly successful “war on terror”.
Dont get me wrong, immediately following the “attack” I felt the same way, like “well damn i guess we had it coming”. As fuck up as that may sound - payback is a bitch, and this country has done so much dirt in the world that it wouldnt surprise me if, on that day shit really did happen the way the government/media paints it. But I dont buy it.
Off topic but not really - does anybody ever wonder/question why our country always backs and supports the jewish people in the middle east. Wether right or wrong, are country always got their back. Is it because there are so many wealthy, high ranking jewish peeps in powerful positions in this country? Is it any coincidence that Islam gets targeted as “the enemy”? Im just saying…
Im not crying over spilled buildings, I just want everyone to wake the fuck up.
Sadly, I feel that that kind of change will never happen.

It may be true that we back the Jewish/Israeli government on most of it’s motivated decisions, but it’s a little larger than it seems. I feel uncomfortable discussing and reading this type of political viewpoint because it borders on prejudice. The Jews have experienced a lengthy historical oppression, and since the creation of Israel they have done their best to scrap for this meager piece of waterfront property. What’s going on in Israel right now is honestly twisted, the business with the Gaza strip is turning into a disturbingly newfangled Berlin. In the next years we will see tumult in the Holy Land as lifelong residents grow in their petitioning and outright rejection of nationalist policies (and I’m talking Jews and Palestinians holding hands…but maybe this is just ruby-colored glasses and rainbow-pony-delusions on my part). Some of this is already taking place, and there are influential Jews who are currently scared and repulsed of these erected walls and the suffering of their neighbors.

9/11 conspiracies? I’ll give some of them the smallest grains of salt, but “loose change” is utter bullcaca. Keep in mind that 9/11 conspiracies sell books, movies, and fratboy t-shirts…big business on the back of the Falling Man. Don’t get too wrapped up in it, some of it approaches the Protocol of the Elders of Zion. Plain and simple…our government is decent at delaying the truth, but NOT THAT GOOD AT KEEPING SECRETS. Certainly not good enough to quiet those families who are righteously upset and demanding justice. If you believe all of it there’s an alien autopsy I’d like to sell you. Maybe we educated a few pilots on American soil, but we also educated Castro.

Oh and voting…just fucking vote. Don’t vote because you will change the world with your all-powerful voice. Vote because you can. Vote because there are nations in this world without that simple activity. Vote because it’s easy as shit. Vote because if they fuck up the count you have a valid reason to be furious with the flaws of the system. Vote because if you don’t vote you are indeed counted.

yeah that’s an interesting comparison there…bridge jumping and voting. an illuminating response to my post…you truly are a unique and beautiful snowflake.

don’t forget, you don’t have to merely vote in the presidential elections. maybe it’s hard for you to fathom how your drop in the bucket fares to the next prez, but what about the judge who is staring you in the face one day? don’t you wish you had some small hand in selecting that individual?

if what I’ve heard is accurate, El-P himself doesn’t actually vote, which makes this an interesting soapbox for this point of view, and one where I would expect a contradictory response. but hey, if you want to veg on the couch on election day watching Jack Burton that’s your prerogative.

for the record, i didn’t imply that you were unemployed. that’s immature, and I’ll assume that as a 27 year old you’d better damn have a job of some sort, even if it’s self-employment.

what i did imply was that you would be doing nothing on election day AFTER work…veg on the couch, bang your girlfriend/boyfriend, have some soup, take your pick. my main argument was to think about how your vote might count on a smaller scale if you can’t wrap your head around the prez-elections, which is somewhat understandable (Ohio vote count, etc), and to think about how it’s often as easy to walk over to your local voting booth as it is to stay home.

the first time I ever voted was as a result of someone explaining the same thing to me (even the example of a judge-elect), so I’m passing it on.

    nuff said.

For the record, asking people to question why our government always backs the Jewish/Israeli nation in the middle east is not at all based on prejudice.
It is simply a reasonable question based upon factual observation.
You can make of the that question what you will.
Now, I can entertain with the smallest grains of salt, the idea of voting on a smaller scale. At that level, I can imagine that it may be possible for our votes to be more than just an exercise in ignorance.
However, you should agree that at the presidential level - no fuckin way does the public’s voice matter.
Unless of course, you are involved in “lobbying” for the corporations who’s “interests” have more “say” then all of america’s votes combined.
Also, if you believe that our country actually did vote for Bush back when there was the recounts in the same state that his brother just so happened to be governor of.
And last but not least, if you believe that the majority of americans actually want and support this iraq “war” and that we just had to go get saddam because, you know, he had all those WMDs.
Shit, if I believe all that to be true, I’d vote this november too.
    Thanks, but I’ll pass.

utter kneejerk reactionary bullshit. the fact that someone with a decidedly different voice provokes such an aimless tirade speaks volumes about how you approach the world you live in (when did i say the war was justified or insinuate that babybush didn’t steal the vote while a nation watched it on fox?).

destro, what i didn’t like was your own insinuation that America backs the Jews as a result of their wealth and therefore their influence. whether you mean we do it to back the winning (or losing?) horse or because Jews are lining our coffers was unclear. if you study history you’ll find that this chapter in Israel’s story is unfortunately par for the course. they’re the scrappy little nation that could, fueled by pervasive militarism and a nationalist pride that puts ours to shame. they’ve done plenty of fucked up things in their own right, but have also admitted to many of their errors (the Ethiopian Jew situation is a good example, as is the uncomfortable dialogue on homosexuality which is ongoing). i don’t think that discussing your point of view is necessarily taboo, but i get alarmed when someone mentions it casually, because it can be easily misinterpreted. so can an anecdotal mention of Islam, for that matter, without delineating the line between the Wahabi and other Sunnis, Sufis, etc…it gets complicated and hard to manage.

as for the remainder…i guess i failed to realize that this particular nook in the blogosphere is inhabited by those lucky and enlightened individuals who have “woken up.” i didn’t anticipate that such elegant perspective could be communicated with a Carlin quote and some disinfo copy-and-paste. once you’re done schooling me on the ways of our prison planet (at least we get a computer in our cell, right?), where to next for our intrepid hero?

but i’ll admit, you’re right, this is the wrong place to discuss voting. and that was my original point.

I watched this movie online a 5 years back (I think?) called Zietgiest2000. A good chunk focused on what you are talking about. How did number7 fall. A plane didn’t hit it. There is no logical way that the building “just fell”. America is asleep. They’ve awakened somewhat since 911, but not much. I live in a Columbus Ohio, and, although it’s a decent sized city (now), it’s completely over run by cookie cutter conservative sheep. They don’t care about shit unless it happens to their town. Here’s proof: Hurricane Katrina hit and it took how long to address the issue? Where as, we recently experienced catagory 1 sustained winds and now our state is under a state of emergency and can recive all sorts of goverment help (because it happened to conservative whites). My point is they don’t care ,or at least not much, how our country conducts buisness as long as they are able to rest their own heads in peace at night. Fucked up, but it’s “in your face” true because of how they conduct themselves. Actions speak louder than words.
