There is a great new Common Article/Interview from the Belfast Telegraph where we learn about Com’s busy travel schedule, his relationship with Geffen Records, working with Lily Allen and most notably for us, an album Dilla and D’Angelo were planning together which was set to be titled Jay D’Angelo. Interesting. The article also mentions D’Angelo’s “hugely anticipated” (true) third album which they say is meant to drop before the end of the year. Very interesting.
Kicking of September 13th, The Roots Present Vh1 Hip Hop Honors Tour with Big Daddy Kane & MC Lyte. VH1 will be sending out their press release today and pre-sale for tickets starts this Wednesday.
