I am going straight blogger style today. It seems these things often call for start with my mood or how I’m feeling, TIRED. Gingerlynn is on vacation in Switzerland so I’ve been holding down the site dolo. Not that that’s a huge deal in and of itself but I also happened to choose this week to start my new company, in addition to playing bass in a few bands. It all comes down to time management and making priorities. (A little help wouldn’t hurt!) Where is Fiver when you need him? Oh, right here at Huffington Post. Looks like a dope side hustle for Don.

Okay, let me get to some items you’ll care about before I totally lose you here. While The Roots are running around Europe where ?uesto can be seen out at the club partying with Tony Yayo (??? lol), the Guerrilla Union crew is ramping up for their HUGE Rock The Bells festival tour kicking off in two weeks at the Tweeter Center in Mass. At least act like you know.

Here I go, bragging about my friends again. First up, Philly natives BurnDown All-Stars have been grinding for a minute and now find themselves at the center of Bodog’s Battle Of The Bands. Check them out on FuseTV as they go up against 9 other acts for a chance to win a 1million dollar recording contract. Like whoa. Aiyo JawnZap, your rent’s about to go up!

I’ve got to say, me and Bazarro (Jean Grae Camp) have known each other for a minute. But in addition to being the Crazy Dj, who knew he’s been rapping since way back. Check him out with his clique Da Dysfunkshunal Familee and their never released video for “New Ruff Flava” circa 1994. We see you Diverse!

We mean it this time, the ALL NEW OKAYPLAYER is coming and will make things a lot nicer (not to mention easier on us!) so stay tuned ’till the end of Summer. (Yes, THIS Summer).
