The self-proclaimed “nerd, freak, and geek” proves that his rep proceeds him as an uber-talented singer/ songwriter/ emcee/ producer… oh yeah, and guitar player. Fresh up, Hezekiah’s latest video for “Looking Up” (or here for hi-res) featuring Bilal. James Poyser says of Hez “He’s all around innovative. He is exactly what the game needs right now.” We couldn’t agree more. NYC, come show your love at the album release party Sept. 21 at the Knitting Factory. Performances by Hez with a live band, Freeway, Bilal and Jag are expected!

Taking a cue from the directors of Justice’s “D.A.N.C.E.” video (yep, the same Justice that beat out Ye at the Euro VMAs last year), Kanye enlisted Jonas & Francois for his “Good Life” video featuring T-Pain (and MJJ). What?! This vid is bananas, crazy creative, and breaks the mold of your typical Rims-Hos-Ice-Bottles rap video (although there is no shortage of badonk-a-donk up in here). Then again, how can you lose when your song employs such a fantastic sample?

Although we’re all sick of the Ye v. 50 by now (early reports indicate that Kanye is outselling 50 buy A LOT), this video documenting the Rolling Stone magazine cover photo shoot is pretty interesting, worth the watch. (And peep the poster’s screen name, lol).
