• This June be sure to catch the Paid Dues Tour headlined by De La Soul, GZA, Sage Francis and Blackalicious. The tour will be making stops in NYC, Berkeley, Fort Lauderdale, and Denver and will also feature on the bill Rakim, Murs, Little Brother, Kidz In The Hall and Hieroglyphics. • Through his blog Kanye has been giving us sneak peaks at his “Glow In The Dark Tour”. It Kicked off last night in Seattle, here are some rehearsal pics from his blog. It’s lookin like some space age futuristic ish. Via nahright here’s a clip from the show’s intro last night. If that doesn’t get you runnin to the ticket booth it might be time to find a new genre of music to listen to.
• It has just been revealed that The Death Of Adam, the debut album from long-time producer 88-Keys, will be Executive Produced by Kanye West. It’s a concept album featuring song titles such as “The Friend Zone,” “Viagra (Stay Up),” “Burning Bush” (featuring Redman), and “M.I.L.F” featuring our man Bilal (link for tthat one Via Theexactly). Do the math on what the concept is. • It’s a beautiful thing to see Wu-Tang in the news on a regular basis again. Via Grandgood we’ve got a video of The Wu performing “Wu-Tang Clan ain’t nothin to f%@K wit’” in NYC last night.
• The Roots pals Deerhoof just don’t quit. Although they are in the studio now working on a new album due out this October, they’ve still found time for touring, making a welcomed stop in Philly this June for The Roots Picnic alongside Gnalrs Barkley and Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings, to name a few. New Yorkers, don’t fret, they’ll be playing Prospect Park for free in July. Click the link for more tour dates.

• From Current.com’s “Daily Fix” video, is a piece to catch you up to speed with Atmosphere. As much as we have covered them lately you should know their whole catalog by now. Also Shake (I can’t confirm this but I think he might be Slug on the low haha) has posted a couple new songs from Atmosphere as well. Fight the urge people, wait till Tuesday and cop that ish.
